Hyperscaler runs market-response tests (such as demand tests and sales tests) to help founders gather evidence about customer interest before investing further in a business idea. Our tests measure market response; they are not a guarantee of business success, revenue, or any specific outcome.

Applications

Submitting the application form does not guarantee acceptance into our program or any particular outcome. We review applications and follow up with applicants at our discretion. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments

If you purchase a test package, pricing and scope will be confirmed with you before payment. Refund and cancellation terms, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Contact support@hyperscaler.xyz with any billing questions.

No guarantee of results

Results vary by idea, market, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific level of demand, sales, leads, or business success. Any examples, case studies, or figures shown on the Site are illustrative of past results and are not a promise of future performance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Site’s security
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property
